It took half an hour to play the three-story slide, but the children had a lot of fun! The hotel has a washing machine to dehydrate swimsuits and towels, so considerate! The package comes with a small ice stick but it’s delicious😋!

Redemption was a bit slow due to some procedures for Klook vouchers, but the counter staff was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions. The spa has good facilities including lockers, changing rooms, toilets, hair dryers, and even clothes dryers. Tables and chairs are limited, but arriving early around 10am helped—we got a spot. As first-timers, we really enjoyed the experience. The water massage pools were relaxing, and the kids loved the play area and cold spa pool. Popsicles (pineapple or watermelon, no choice) were redeemed before leaving. Tips: Bring some cash for cup noodles, bring your own tumbler for free water refills, and come early as it gets crowded after lunch. We visited on a weekday.
