What to expect
Freediving is a wonderful way to explore the wonders of our seas and oceans. Learn to hold your breath and dive without the need for gear.
On an introduction day to freediving, you will have plenty of opportunities to discover what breathing and line diving can do for you. This day is filled with different activities and exercises targeted specifically towards increasing breath-hold capabilities and open water confidence, where we first start our practice in the classroom and easy pool environment.
No matter your experience level, everyone can get something out of this introduction day to freediving as pool-based exercises offer both experienced freedivers and rookies an excellent opportunity to familiarise themselves with equipment and learning new skills.
