Kimono Photo Shoot in Kyoto

Yuki San worked very hard to guide me during the Japanese photography session. I received a total of 250 photos during the two-hour shooting, and the download link was directly emailed to me three days after the shooting, which was very convenient! Photography is prohibited in many locations on the Ishibeko Trail located in Higashiyama District. Photographers can only enter certain areas with a photography permit. They can enjoy the ancient buildings and scenery of Kyoto along the way, while taking pictures of the Ishibeko Trail and Hokanji Temple! Two hours of shooting at this price, highly recommended!

Friendly attitude, punctual and courteous, careful shooting, no problem with basic English communication, will teach you how to pose for shooting, good framing, and very considerate.

Akihiro and Yoshino were wonderful to work with for our photo shoot with 9 people at the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. They were patient with our large group and captured some beautiful moments. We highly recommend them.

Our photographer arrived on time and was really patient with our two little kids for the photo shoot. We got to take some wonderful pictures in parts where others had limited access which was great. Highly recommend!

It was raining when we took our photo shoot , but the photographer had umbrellas for the four of us, which were also incorporated into the photos that turned out great! Once we were dressed with our kimonos /yukatas , the photographer showed up at the rental place and then we took a taxi to the photo shoot location. Photos were delivered via email about 3 days later. Overall, a great expeidence!

Photographer speaks English. Highly experienced! It was raining so we switched to indoor shoot instead. the place was very traditional house. Whole photoshoot was fun and amazing! Definitely must try!

Well, I want to thank the company Kyoto Kimono Rental Yumeyakata Gojo firstly. I had rather unusual situation they helped me with. Suddenly, after arriving to Kyoto I was affected by allergy. I've never been allergic to anything in my life. So, my eyes were swollen like cushions. I had an appointment for May 20, 2023. So I went there in person and explained my situation asking to change the date, though I knew they usually don't change or cancel the booking. They were really kind and understanding, they did allow me to change the day. I was extremely thankful. So, today I had the most wonderful photoshoot in my life. My photographer was Moi, if I'm not mistaken (if I am, beg your pardon, please 🥺). He was THE BEST. And I mean it. So kind and attentive, professional. His English was really good. I liked this man so much. It did melt my heart when in the end he said in Japanese "thank you for your hard work". Because it wasn't work for me. It was the day of fun and great experience. Moi though was working really hard. Thank you once again so much for everything. Will wait for the pictures. P.S. Moi also was showing the pics during the session. It was kind of him too. I already could see the pics I like and not too much. And in his pics I looked slimmer 😂 thank you, man. So much 💜
