Confirmation Details:

Gentle Reminder:

• The validity period of the visa starts from the date of issuance. Applicants should understand and control the validity period of the visa category and its related information, and enter the Philippines within the visa's validity period. The Philippine Visa Office will not be responsible for any errors in the applicant's date calculation.
• Please accurately fill in your estimated departure date and send the correct supporting documents.
• The Philippine Visa Office issues visas based on the judgment of the visa officer. The Philippine Visa Office reserves the right to refuse to explain the reasons for visa refusal.
• The Philippine Visa Office reserves the right to refuse visas. Regardless of whether a visa is issued or not, the visa fee paid is non-refundable.

Paper Visa Application Service:

• Please mail the following documents to “Klook Visa Application Center, 7F, No. 106 Huaining Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City”
• After the visa is processed, the supplier will mail it to the address provided in the customer’s order, with no return postage required.

Documents to prepare:

• Original passport: Must be valid for more than six months, no documents should be clipped or stapled inside the passport, and there must be at least 2 blank visa pages (front and back). Please remove passport covers and other items yourself.
• Photocopy of passport (must be a clear and complete 1:1 ratio photocopy on A4 paper, no cropping accepted)
• Photocopy of Republic of China ID card: Must be a clear and complete 1:1 ratio photocopy, do not take a photo of it.
• Exact dates of entry and exit from the Philippines or English reservation confirmation (stay cannot exceed 59 days)

• For minors under 15 accompanied by a guardian: Household registration transcript required (within three months, no omissions of remarks).
• For minors under 15 with divorced parents: (1) Joint custody: Round-trip tickets must be provided (one for each parent and child). (2) Sole custody: If 100% custody belongs to the other parent (non-accompanying), an authorization letter must be filled out.
• For minors under 15 - only visas for parents and children traveling together to the Philippines are processed; other cases are not handled.

E-Visa Application Service:

• Please provide the following information to the Klook application center.
• The approved travel authorization must be printed on clean A4 paper. Each applicant’s travel authorization must be printed separately.

Documents to prepare:

• Photocopy of passport (please take a photo or scan and provide an electronic file, which can be uploaded to the official Line account)
• Electronic file of front and back of ID card
• Electronic flight tickets for entry and exit from the Philippines (can be uploaded to the official Line account)
• Mobile phone number
• Emergency contact name and phone number
• Home address
• Philippine address (if staying in a hotel, please fill in the hotel name)
• Occupation

Special Reminders:

• Children under 15 cannot apply for an e-visa, even if accompanied by parents; a paper visa is required.
• If travelers plan to visit other countries soon, please confirm the latest travel and visa restrictions with the airline, office, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs before departure.
• Every traveler must register with the Electronic Travel Application System “within 72 hours before flight departure” (accompanying adults must register first, then minors). After registration, a screenshot or printed copy of the QR Code must be kept for Philippine immigration inspection.
• The Philippines does not recognize dual nationality; only one passport can be used to enter and exit the Philippines.
• If there are system issues that delay visa issuance, customer service staff will contact you.
• If the visa office requests additional documents during processing, the working days will be recalculated from the date of receipt of the additional documents.
• Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and Philippine office holidays.
• In case of holidays, Taiwan/Philippine national holidays, and force majeure factors such as typhoon days, these are not included in the calculation of working days, and the submission date will be postponed.
• The reference days are calculated from the date of submission of supporting documents.
