fast and nice WiFi egg easy and convient pick up point
Highly recommended! It was so easy purchasing and collecting the device. Upon reaching TW airport, after settling down the immigration, we sat down and activate the device. The battery was fully charged and it was so easy to activate and use.
Love it! Easy to locate store. Easy return. Counter was efficient.
Overall not bad if you're going to rent it for group. However, the device was not working during 1 of the day, have to on data roaming to inform the technical team to fix it.

Easy to get from the KLIA 2’s counter and use in Taiwan. Need to leave a deposit of ~RM 200 but it will be provided back upon return of the pocket wifi.
