Communication between the driver and whoever responses the WhatsApp could be better. I was told the driver would WhatsApp me when nearer but he actually came to look for me just inside the airport coz I didn’t know he had arrived. It was a rainy day so I didn’t want to wait outside under the China Airlines sign. And while he said he would inform me once he dropped off the luggages, it was the hotel that called me instead. Anyway, super helpful service since you don’t have to carry your luggage all over the place. Wish they had this in other parts of Taiwan.

Immigration was very crowded and took more than an hour, so it was later than expected, but they picked up my luggage for me. They did it without a single complaint, which was very helpful. Thank you very much. I arrived at the hotel around 6:30 p.m., which was not too late, so it was helpful.

This was my first time using the luggage delivery service! I received an email notification the day before, but I almost missed it because I didn't have email notifications set up 😂 Since we're communicating from overseas, I think it would be good for users to check their email frequently ㅎㅎ The pickup and delivery service was very satisfactory! It wasn't a group delivery, but rather they moved only our luggage separately ㅎㅎ Thanks to that, I was able to finish my trip without luggage, which was really great 👍🏻👍🏻

When you are worried about how to store your luggage, you can find a luggage agent on klook. Customer service will follow up at any time and you will receive an email or SMS notification when your luggage arrives.

The staff are very kind! The luggage arrived at the hotel in 2 hours, and they will send us photos when they arrive. Just wait for the commissioner to collect your luggage at the designated waiting area, which is very convenient!

Very good. At first I was a little scared. About whether or not to get the bag, haha. In the morning, leave the bag at the school. It seems the driver was waiting quite a distance from the location specified in the reservation, and it took us a long time to find them, causing us to run significantly over schedule. The pick-up area isn't a dedicated space; instead, there are many shuttle vehicles lined up. If you can't find your driver, it's best to look at all the parked cars from one end to the other.

The service is very convenient. The driver was prompt and picked up our luggage at the right place. He did not understand English that well but he was very nice. We just showed our klook booking and he received our bags. At the hotel, the staff asked for our claim stub which we did not receive. I'm not sure if the service gives out claim stubs but they do communicate through email so you could just show the confirmation there. Communication with their online agents is easy as they have good response times. The service is highly recommended if you're looking for convenience.
