Black Pearl Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay Tour with Sung Sot & Ti Top

This is the best outings in Hanoi. Thank you to Chloe, Rosie, Lily and the Amethyst team for the steady and attentive service. The caves looked amazing and the boats moved smoothly. The views around the bay stood out and the full cruise felt organised. The food tasted good. I still hope for halal options or clear separation of pork items so guests with specific needs feel comfortable. The transport needs real improvement. The guide went MIA. The driver arrived late twice and this affected the group’s timing. Toilet breaks turned into forced sales stops, and the items are not appealing The bus stayed at 27 degrees and felt warm. I struggled to breathe, and I sweated throughout the ride. If the bus keeps that temperature, passengers should have the option to open the windows. I came during this season for the cold weather, not a warm bus. Everything else in the trip looked excellent and the team delivered strong effort. Regular toilet breaks is a must! please improve on this!!

I love the tour and very awesome experience. We have a swift travel from Hanoi to Halong. It was a safe tour, food was provided and we really get to enjoy the view so much. This is a must when visiting Hanoi. The beautiful views of Halong bay and the surprising cave are definitely captivating. Will be back to do kayaking.

Tour is great. Cruise is new and modern, food was tasty. The manager is careful and good at English. Halong Bay is so beautiful, I love this sightseeing. it is worth money to visit. I recommend for other customers Black pearl cruise in International port

Safety: ⭕️ Value for Money: ⭕️ Service: ⭕️ Tour Schedule: ⭕️ The pickup from Hanoi city to Ha Long Bay was smooth, and the bus driver was reliable. It took a little time to contact the cruise ship, but the cabin attendant on the Black Pearl provided wonderful hospitality, making it a great trip.

The cruise staff were very friendly and helpful, the foods were good and the boat was clean. our guide was a very nice friendly and helpful person. she helped us recover the water jug that we left at the boat.

Since we arrived in Ha Long Bay a day early to stay (recommend strolling around and getting a massage; prices are lower than in Hanoi), we bought a round-trip Hanoi package but only used the return trip, making our own way to the International Cruise Terminal to meet up. The customer service was very proactive in contacting us and communication was smooth, but for some unknown reason on the day, I didn't see the tour guide and group coming from Hanoi. I won't speculate as to the reason, but anyway, the email suggested arriving before 9:00 AM. We did check in with the assistant on site, but it wasn't until around 9:32 AM that I emailed customer service to ask about the Hanoi group, and we weren't taken to the port to board the boat by the assistant until around 10:05 AM. There was some anxiety in between. Although the departure was changed to 10:30 AM, we had a delicious lunch before going to the first Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), but the overall experience time was sufficient, and we thoroughly enjoyed and photographed each attraction. We returned to port on time at 4:30 PM. Also, the customer service representative paid for our soft drinks out of her own pocket as an apology for that one hour wait and later actively assisted in arranging for us to take a luxury tour bus back to Hanoi. We are very grateful to her (perhaps Cloe?), who made our entire day, although a little tense, a pleasant and smooth journey overall.
