Travelled safely along highway with intermittent rain and driver was obliging making two stops along the journey. Having had several booking experiences before, I already trust this platform quite a bit. It really is reliable. We were traveling from Penang back to Kuala Lumpur and thought we could buy plane tickets at any time, but we discovered that the ticket prices had increased three or four times. The deluxe bus we wanted to take the most was also sold out, so we decided to charter a car. We needed to get from the hotel to Kuala Lumpur Airport and chose the wrong order. The platform contacted me promptly by email, explaining that it would cost an additional 200 MYR to go to the airport. To save trouble, we agreed. The email said that we could just give the driver 200 MYR when we got there, which was very convenient. The email also told me in advance the license plate number, photo, and driver's phone number of the car that would be picking us up. I contacted the driver via WhatsApp, and everything went smoothly. The car was in good condition and very clean, and the driver was very nice. When we rested at the rest area, he told us that we could take our time to look around and didn't rush us at all. Overall, I am very satisfied with this trip.

Mr. Nelson picked us up from our Penang hotel to Kuala Lumpur hotel. He was a very good driver. Clean van. We were able to stop at Batu Caves and brought us to KL with no issues. Will definitely recommend this service.

If you don’t want to take a plane, this is a good choice. The journey takes about 4.5 hours to reach the destination. During the journey, the driver stopped at a rest stop and let us use the restroom to buy food. We can also see the local scenery along the way. It is worth recommending.

Had a wonderful experience with this booking! Easy coordination, clear communication, and able to accomodate a stop at Batu Caves for an extra fee. Driver was excellent, safe and efficient. Made several stops along the way, without being prompted, for restroom and snack breaks. Enjoyed playing music too! Definitely worth booking if you are looking for a ride. : )

This makes traveling easy. Our driver Mr.Prakash was on time. The van was clean and he was concerned if we were hungry or needed to use the bathroom. He also gave us information about the areas we were passing.
