• 【Terracotta Warriors】1. The electric cart at the Terracotta Warriors is self-funded, 5 yuan/person for a single trip. If you don't take it, it's about a 10-minute walk; if you take it, it's about a 5-minute ride. You can choose freely; 2. The Terracotta Warriors scenic area is uniformly explained by professional Terracotta Warriors guides for each group, not by the tour guide leading the group on the day; 3. There are shopping areas within the Terracotta Warriors scenic area, which are not agreement shopping stores of travel agencies. You can enter and exit freely, but please be cautious if shopping. 4. Only pits 1, 2, and 3 are visited, not Lishan Garden.
• [Xi'an Museum] The museum is closed every Tuesday. Instead, we will go to Yisu Community, and no fees are refundable.
• [Complimentary Item] Camel Bell Legend Show - VIP seats. If the show cannot be watched due to the scenic area's suspension or other special reasons, no refund will be issued.
• 【Single Room Supplement】(If a single room supplement is incurred, please pay it yourself): Single occupancy must pay a single room supplement. For triple occupancy, it is recommended to prepay the single room supplement. If there is no single room supplement, a triple room/extra bed will be arranged if possible, but this is not 100% guaranteed. If no triple room/extra bed is available, it will be a twin standard room.
• [Attraction Order] The driving time and attraction visiting time in the itinerary are all estimates, and there may be some discrepancies in reality. The actual arrangements shall prevail; the order of attractions will be adjusted as appropriate according to the time of the day (peak/off-peak season, traffic jams, etc.).
• 【Optional Performances】"Xi'an Incident" performance is 258 RMB/person, duration approximately 60 minutes; "Resurrection of the Legion" performance is 298 RMB/person, duration approximately 60 minutes; "Exploring the Sleeping Imperial Mausoleum" experience is 188 RMB/person, duration approximately 25 minutes. During the itinerary, the guide will recommend local特色 performances, all of which are voluntary consumption and not mandatory; if you choose not to watch, you can freely visit the scenic area and return at the集合 time informed by the guide. • [Recommended Activities] During the itinerary, the tour guide will recommend optional activities. Tourists can choose to participate voluntarily based on their personal needs and wishes; participation is not mandatory. If a tourist chooses to participate on-site and completes the experience, it will be considered an acknowledgment of the content and price of that activity. After the itinerary concludes, our company will not accept refund requests or negative reviews arising from such optional activities.
• [Shopping Reminder] Shopping at scenic spots and along the way is a voluntary personal act. Please choose carefully and keep your invoices and certificates properly; such shopping is not related to the travel agency. There are shopping venues within the Terracotta Warriors scenic area, which are not designated shopping stores by the travel agency. You can enter and exit freely, purchase cautiously, and do not easily believe their sales pitches.
• [Scenic Area Voucher] To enter the scenic area, you must present the original ID card, passport, or Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Travel Permit filled in at the time of booking. If you are unable to enter the scenic area due to document issues, additional costs will be at your own expense. Please inform us in advance if you hold a discount certificate.
• 【Booking Restrictions】Seniors: Those aged 70 and above must sign a "Health Certificate" and be accompanied by a family member to travel; those aged 80 and above cannot be accommodated. Minors: Those under 18 years old must be accompanied by a family member to join the tour group; independent registration is not accepted. Patients, pregnant women, and those with mobility issues: Those suffering from severe illnesses (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, post-operative recovery period, etc.), pregnant women, and those with mobility issues cannot be accommodated.
• 【Other Reminders】During the itinerary, tourists are not allowed to leave the tour group without authorization. Otherwise, all losses and consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the tourists themselves; if the itinerary is delayed or other expenses are incurred due to irresistible factors, tourists are requested to understand and bear the costs themselves; once this itinerary is joined, no fees will be refunded if the guest leaves the group or cancels the tour for any reason midway.

Cancellation policy

• 100% refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before departure.
• Cancellation 6-4 days before departure, 80% refund available.
• Cancellation 3 to 1 day before departure, 60% refund available.
• Cannot be canceled on the day of departure
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability

Eligibility

• Children with a height of 121cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children's standard price explanation: For children under 1.2 meters (inclusive) in height, only transportation and guide service fees are included; all other expenses are not included. If admission fees are incurred, please pay for them yourselves.
