Professional actors perform with passion, their dances combining strength and grace, their singing melodious and grand. Famous scenes such as Xiang Zhuang’s sword dance, the “Rainbow Skirt and Feathered Dress,” and imperial court dances are brought to life up close, with actors moving among the tables and interacting closely, making the audience not just observers, but participants in history. The dishes follow the theme of “one dish, one act, one flavor, one story,” adopting the Tang Dynasty’s individual serving system, exquisite, meticulous, and full of ritual.
