🟩Autograph Session Registration Notes🟩

・This event is by lottery, not first-come, first-served. Only the selected individual may participate; no substitutions are allowed. ・Anyone who holds a personal Klook account and has purchased a “WIND BREAKER 5th ANNIVERSARY EXHIBITION” admission ticket under their own name may apply for the autograph session lottery during the designated registration period. ・This event is not limited to residents of Taiwan. Overseas residents can also purchase exhibition admission tickets through their personal Klook account and complete autograph session registration; however, if selected, they must personally attend the event venue in Taiwan on the designated date and time. ・Each participant must purchase tickets and register using their own Klook account. No proxy purchases, proxy registrations, or participation under another person’s name will be accepted. ・Once registration information is submitted, changes to names or other details will not be accepted. Please ensure the accuracy of the filled-in content before submission. ・The selection qualification is for personal use only and cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged, or entrusted to others for participation. ・The selected session time will be announced in the selection notification. Session times cannot be specified or changed. ・This autograph session, like other venues, will not publicly disclose the number of selected participants. Even if inquiries are made via phone, email, or other methods, the organizer will not be able to provide information such as the number of selected participants. Your understanding is appreciated.

🟩Valid Identification Documents🟩

● Taiwanese Nationality: National ID card, National Health Insurance card, driver’s license, or passport. ● Non-Taiwanese Nationality: Passport or Alien Resident Certificate. ※ Only valid original identification documents are accepted; photos, photocopies, printed documents, or screenshots are not valid. ※ Foreign participants will be verified based on the English name on their passport or Alien Resident Certificate. ※ Student IDs, household registration transcripts, etc., are not considered valid identification documents; expired documents will also not be accepted.

🟩Notes for the Autograph Session Day🟩

・Please arrive at the venue according to the session time and designated check-in time stated in the selection notification; late arrival may affect your eligibility to participate and you may not request to change to another session. ・Upon check-in, please present your selection notification, exhibition admission ticket, and valid original identification document. Participation will be allowed only after personal verification. ・Autographs are limited to the selected individual who personally attends the event on the day. No proxy collection in any form will be accepted. ・If you are unable to arrive at the venue at the designated time due to flight delays, cancellations, traffic accidents, weather, illness, or any other reason, no make-up autographs or collections will be provided after the event. The organizer also does not offer services to mail autographs or signed program guides to homes or other designated addresses. ・This event only provides autographs on the designated program guide for the autograph session. Peripheral merchandise, books, shikishi (art boards), or other personal items will not be accepted. ・Before the autograph session begins, please fill out the paper form provided on-site, indicating the English name you wish the sensei to sign and the designated character you wish to be drawn. ・The signed name must be in English only; the drawn character must be chosen from the designated characters provided on-site. No specific messages, other drawings, or individual requests will be accepted. ・During the event, the use of mobile phones, cameras, or other devices for photography, video recording, and audio recording is prohibited. ・All items must be deposited before entering the autograph space. It is prohibited to bring any electronic, digital devices, and bags (e.g., mobile phones ❌, cameras ❌, smart glasses ❌, smartwatches with recording capabilities ❌). ・On-site admission procedures and event flow may be adjusted based on actual circumstances. Please cooperate with staff instructions. ・In cases of violence, abuse, harassment of staff or other participants, or refusal to cooperate with on-site staff instructions, the organizer reserves the right to revoke participation eligibility. ・To maintain order at the autograph session, non-selected individuals are not allowed to loiter or gather in the event area, nor engage in any behavior that interferes with or obstructs the event. ・Based on event safety and on-site order, staff may conduct personal item checks when necessary. Please cooperate with on-site instructions. ・It is strictly prohibited to bring dangerous items or contraband into the event venue. ・On the day of the event, gifts or fan letters cannot be handed directly to the sensei. Please place them in the gift box provided on-site, and the organizer will transfer them on your behalf; food, beverages, fresh produce, and items requiring refrigeration or freezing will not be accepted. ・Transportation fees, airfare, accommodation fees, and other personal expenses incurred by participating in this event are to be borne by the participant. ・If a participant is unable to attend the autograph session due to flight delays or cancellations, traffic accidents, weather, illness, or any other reason, the organizer will not bear the aforementioned expenses, nor will it provide refunds, compensation, or other forms of indemnification. ・If the event is adjusted, postponed, or canceled due to force majeure or other necessary factors, the relevant handling procedures for the event itself will be based on the organizer’s announcement; the organizer will not bear transportation, accommodation, and other personal expenses incurred by the participant.

🟩Autograph Session Registration Q&A🟩

👉Q1: Can overseas residents also register for the autograph session? A: Yes. As long as you purchase an admission ticket for this exhibition using your personal Klook account and complete the autograph session registration within the designated period, you can participate in the lottery. If selected, you must personally attend the event venue in Taiwan on the designated date and time.

👉Q2: Can I purchase tickets and register for the autograph session on behalf of friends or family members who are accompanying me? A: No. The autograph session is based on real names. Each person wishing to participate in the autograph session must purchase an exhibition admission ticket and complete registration using their own Klook account. The selection qualification cannot be transferred to companions, friends, or family members.

👉Q3: If I am selected but cannot attend on the day, can a friend or family member attend on my behalf or collect the autograph for me? A: No. Autographs are limited to the selected individual who personally attends the event on the day. No proxy participation or proxy collection will be accepted. Furthermore, autographs cannot be mailed to your address.

👉Q4: If I cannot arrive due to flight delays, traffic accidents, etc., can the autograph be sent to me afterwards? A: No. Regardless of the reason for not being able to arrive at the venue at the designated time, no make-up autographs, collections, or mailing of autographs and signed program guides to homes or other designated addresses will be provided after the event.

👉Q5: How will personal verification be conducted on the day of the event? A: Upon check-in, the selection notification, exhibition admission ticket, and valid original identification document will be verified. The name on the identification document must match the registration information.

👉Q6: Do I need to purchase the designated program guide for the autograph session after being selected? A: Yes. Selected individuals must purchase the designated program guide for the autograph session (NT$650) through the exclusive link provided in the selection email within the designated period. Those who fail to complete payment within the deadline will be deemed to have forfeited their selection qualification, and it will not be reserved or reissued.

👉Q7: Can I specify the autograph session time I wish to attend? A: No. The selected session time will be announced in the selection notification. Session times cannot be specified or changed.

👉Q8: How many participants will be selected for the autograph session? A: This autograph session, like other venues, will not publicly disclose the number of selected participants.
