Discover a unique and sustainable side of Japan through antique kimono textiles! Choose your favorite fabric from over 200 vintage kimono pieces and give it a second life by transforming it into your own one-of-a-kind textile artwork.
Your experienced instructor, an artist and certified Kimono Meister, will share fascinating stories about kimono history and the meanings behind traditional Japanese patterns and colors. You will then add your own personal touch using genuine gold and silver leaf, a special element rarely found in other kimono craft experiences.
With warm, friendly, step-by-step guidance, even complete beginners can relax and enjoy the creative process. Take your finished artwork home as a meaningful, eco-friendly, and truly personal memory of Tokyo!
