• The Palace Museum: The Tickets must be reserved under a real name 7 days in advance, with limited availability. The actual schedule will be adjusted based on the confirmed reservation times.
• The Palace Museum: Due to limited ticket availability, we cannot guarantee successful reservations. In the event of reservation failure or closure, a refund for the Forbidden City ticket will be provided: CNY 40 per person in the off season and CNY 60 per person in the peak season, along with guided commentary at the Forbidden City entrance and complimentary admission to Jingshan Park.
• This activity does not accept bookings from pregnant women. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler; seniors aged 65 (inclusive) or above must be accompanied by at least one adult relative or friend.

• Check-in time at hotels is generally after 2:00 pm. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and take a stroll around the hotel while you wait. At some hotels, the front desk may require you to pay a security deposit upon check-in, which will normally be refunded upon check-out unless there are special circumstances. Please check out by 12:00 pm on your last day.
• This activity requires a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Please ensure your physical condition allows for it. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, and please be mindful of safety during the trip.
• By default, a hotel twin room is arranged with 2 adults per room. This activity does not allow for shared rooms. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "single room supplement". If you are willing to add an extra bed in the room, no single supplement will be charged. Please note that the extra bed provided is relatively narrow in size and make comments to add an extra bed while booking it.
• For guests whose arrival and departure times are close together, we will arrange shared transportation. There may be some waiting time; we appreciate your understanding.
• The sightseeing times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times during the itinerary, are for reference only and may be adjusted based on the traffic/crowd conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred due to this will be borne by the tourists themselves.
• Within the scenic area, at the scenic area exit, and at rest stops along the way, restaurants may have cultural and creative shops, souvenir shops, small convenience stores, etc. Please make your own voluntary choices and purchase with caution. When purchasing goods, you should ask for a purchase invoice and relevant certificates, and keep the invoice and certificates properly. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal act and has nothing to do with the travel agency.
