Driver 小朱 is very friendly and he arrives to pickup point 1/2 hr earlier and waited to the scheduled pickup time. He is very knowledgeable and highly recommended!
The same driver who was arranged for my airport transfer from Beijing Airport to my hotel on the 30 October was also arranged for my return transfer to and from Universal Studios Beijing 4 days later on the 3 Nov. Pickup from the hotel and from USB back to my hotel was easy. Had also decided to extend my time at USB by an hour at the end of the day and the driver simply accommodated my change in pick up time via a quick and simple WeChat message. Recommended!

Extremely polite, thoughtful and caring driver. The day before the driver contacted me about the pick up. I added him on wechat so that we could chat more conveniently. The Driver picked me up from arrivals hall and was so kind to help me with my luggage. The car was very clean and he took the most direct route to Universal Studios. I would definitely book with klook again as this was the best experience I have had with a driver. In the past I have used drivers on other booking platforms and klook is by far the best experience I have had.

a good no frills option. the driver will communicate with you a day earlier to confirm your plans and guide you to the meeting point.
we had the best driver for this booking. the same driver to/from universal studios beijing. 小朱 was very caring, punctual and friendly. he was very flexible as well if you need some adjustment with the time. Along the way, he also introduces some places of interest thank you 小朱。the operator is also very professional in arranging this booking and making sure the client and driver has proper communication.
can not fault this experience what so ever. The booking was very easy and straight forward and the company / driver kept us updated. The driver was very friendly and helpful and our journey from the airport to the hotel could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend.
Mr. Zhang was very punctual, friendly, and professional. The car was clean and tidy, and the drive was smooth and safe throughout, making the entire journey very comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience, highly recommended! 👍
We got a 14-seat vehicle with very comfortable seats. The car is large, making it easy to get in and out, which is ideal for the elderly. Our family traveling consisted of 5 adults and 2 children. The driver was polite and dropped us off right at the connecting walkway to enter USJ.
