• 【Accommodation Hotel】Accommodation hotels are primarily provided as described in the itinerary. If fully booked, a hotel of the same standard will be provided. Accommodation details will be provided 3 days before departure. Room types are provided as available and cannot be specified. For multiple-person orders, please note the required room type, and we will do our best to accommodate; if we cannot, we ask for your understanding. Our company will not arrange for odd-numbered guests to share a room with other group members.
• 【Free Child Policy】Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a separate seat or bed can participate for free (meals not included). One adult is limited to bringing one free infant. If you have an infant aged 0-2 (participating for free) traveling with you, please make a note when placing your order. • 【Vehicle Model & Tour Leader Arrangement Description】We will arrange appropriate vehicle models (such as business cars, minibuses, coaches, etc.) based on the actual number of travelers. We cannot accept designated vehicle models; your understanding is appreciated. For groups of 14 people or fewer, only the driver will also serve as the tour leader. The driver/tour leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management. Upon arrival at attractions, please feel free to explore independently. For groups of more than 14 people, a tour guide will be arranged to accompany the group.
• 【Pre-trip Notification Email Reminder】The night before your departure, from 19:00-22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-trip notification email containing the driver/tour leader's contact information, meeting point map, and relevant注意事项 (important notes). Please be sure to check it promptly and also keep an eye on your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed; we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the content of the latest one sent.
• 【Meeting Time Requirements】Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. As the itinerary is a group tour, latecomers cannot be waited for and no refunds will be given. All expenses and related responsibilities incurred due to lateness will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• 【Baggage Regulations】Each traveler may carry 1 piece of standard-sized luggage free of charge. Please make a note in the remarks section when placing your order. If luggage is brought temporarily without prior notice, it may lead to insufficient space in the vehicle, affecting the safety and comfort of other travelers. The tour guide reserves the right to refuse your boarding, and related fees will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
• 【Autumn Foliage Landscape Description】Every autumn, the mountains and ancient villages of Japan's Hokuriku region are painted in warm hues by layers of crimson maple leaves. The best viewing periods vary by region: Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route: September to early November; Kamikochi: mid-October to early November; Shirakawa-go Gassho Village & Takayama to Sanmachi Suji: late October to mid-November. Due to natural weather factors such as temperature and precipitation each year, the timing of the maple leaves turning red may fluctuate slightly. If extreme weather causes the maple leaves to wither early or not yet fully bloom, we will still proceed to the corresponding attractions as per the original itinerary. We appreciate your understanding.
• 【Tateyama Mountain Entry Time Explanation】The time for ascending Tateyama Mountain is primarily based on the facilities provided. If the facility provides an earlier ascent time, making it impossible to use the hotel breakfast, a meal box will be provided for consumption on the tour bus; alternatively, a cash allowance of JPY 1,000 per person will be issued for travelers to freely purchase breakfast. Infants under 2 years old who participate for free will not receive the cash allowance.
• 【Cancellation Policy】: For cancellations more than 3 days before the selected date/if the tour conditions are not met, a full refund will be issued (0% handling fee); for cancellations between 1 and 3 days before the selected date, a 40% handling fee will be charged; for cancellations on the selected date, no refund will be issued (100% handling fee).
• 【Instructions for Responding to Force Majeure】In the event of itinerary delays due to force majeure factors such as weather or traffic, the team leader will flexibly adjust the itinerary sequence on-site, or shorten or cancel the停留时间 (stay duration) of some attractions based on actual circumstances, to ensure the safe and orderly progress of the trip. Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
