You should just listen to the boat driver and take it seriously. The whole experience is really worth it and I can say it’s one of my core memories from my ZQN travel. Hoping to try this again when we plan to come back!

The most unforgettable and rewarding experience! Lovely driver especially, I love the radio on board, lots of familiar and classic songs that I can sing along with. And we were so lucky that it was a cloudy and rainy day so that we could see multiple small waterfalls besides the big ones.

Real value for money trip. Cal was great. Pick-up was on time, designated stops were well-thought of, and time allotted per stop was good. Our bus was new and had USB-type charging ports. The trip to Milford Sound was as good as the destination. We got a pie, an apple, chips, and a candy bar for lunch. Overall, really good deal. Do recommend.

When the door opened and the cold wind rushed into the cabin, my mind went almost blank. The moment I flipped out, the world suddenly became quiet, with only the sound of the wind and the thrill of rapid descent. I booked a time slot directly at this onsen, and it was a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming and had my booking ready. The facilities were immaculate: clean changing areas, and the water temperature was perfect. I loved having the freedom to soak at my own pace without being rushed by a group schedule. For anyone who prefers a self-guided, peaceful onsen visit without extra sightseeing stops, just booking the onsen directly is the way to go. Highly recommend!
