I had a lot of trouble checking in because I couldn't properly understand the English message that unilaterally changed the pier after booking, despite a pre-arranged itinerary, and instructed me to go to the new pier.
Despite making a reservation and following up with inquiries, I never received a single call, text, or email. I needed assistance with communication due to travel limitations to Cat Ba, but there was no contact until the tour time on the day of the tour. Then, through a fellow Korean traveler on the tour, I received a KakaoTalk message only to confirm my absence. This is the first time I've encountered such an uncommitted and indifferent company after booking a tour, and it was a wasted trip that left me feeling very disappointed.
