Our trip with D'Charme Luxury Day Cruise was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we boarded, everything was perfectly organized and truly luxurious. The cruise itself is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable with stunning views of Ha Long Bay throughout the journey. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always making sure every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. The food on board was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented with a great variety of Vietnamese cuisine. We especially loved the relaxing atmosphere on the sundeck and the exciting activities during the tour. Every moment felt special and well planned. If you are looking for a premium day cruise experience in Ha Long Bay, we highly recommend D'Charme Luxury Day Cruise. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam! The boat was branded differently from what was shown in the listing, though it appeared to be the same type of vessel. There were many families with children on board, which sometimes made the overall atmosphere a little noisy and untidy.

There was a slight issue with the pickup process, but they ultimately picked me up. The English-speaking guide explained everything well and was very kind.

I took a cruise alone and I was the only foreigner. I didn't even book it through a local agency, but the price was vastly different for locals, yet the benefits were the same as mine, and the itinerary wasn't followed as stated. There was no cave tour, and since 99% of the people were locals, all the information was in Vietnamese. My table was assigned uncomfortable chairs, while everyone else had sofa tables. The Vietnamese people didn't even queue for lunch and just took whatever they wanted, so I couldn't eat what I wanted. It was already sold out, and no additional food was provided. It was so noisy that I couldn't even concentrate, let alone enjoy myself. And it ended earlier than scheduled. For this price, it would be better to go for the 33,000 won option that includes a late-night sunset cruise and a party. This price is just ridiculous.
