• Each passenger may check one piece of luggage weighing no more than 30 kg free of charge in the bus luggage compartment. The sum of the depth, height, and width of each piece of luggage must not exceed 155 cm. Please do not place valuables in the bus luggage compartment. We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of luggage stored in the bus luggage compartment.
• Kawaguchiko Herb Garden tour. Depending on the road conditions on the day, the visiting time at the Herb Garden Travelogue Kawaguchiko Garden may be shortened or canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
• For groups of 14 or more visitors to Japan, we will arrange English and Chinese-speaking guides. (For groups of 13 or fewer, Japanese staff will assist you with translation via an app.)
• Muscat grape picking, depending on the weather and growth conditions, may be changed to an unlimited supply of picked grapes in platter form.
