Had an amazing time learning to make nigiri with Shiho as our instructor! She was warm, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. Shiho walked us through everything step by step from shaping the rice properly to handling the fish and made sure everyone felt comfortable, even those of us who'd never tried before. She shared great little tips and stories along the way, and we got to enjoy the sushi we made at the end. A really fun, hands-on experience and a highlight of our trip to Japan.
