• Mount Fuji and Hakone often experience severe traffic jams on weekends and Japanese holidays. To avoid affecting your itinerary, we strongly recommend departing early and returning early.
• According to Japanese chartered car industry regulations: all travel time (including uncontrollable delays such as traffic jams, road closures, and temporary controls) is counted towards the chartered car service hours. If overtime is incurred due to traffic congestion, additional fees will be charged as per regulations.
• ⚠️ Travel Advisory | During Japan's public holiday travel season, traffic congestion, large crowds, attractions closing early, or itinerary adjustments may occur. Please do not book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen for the same day, and it is recommended to carry a power bank (portable charger). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
