The area is very large, but it's also very crowded. There are many spots I didn't get to see. The upper section is quite steep. There are multiple entrances, so it's best to check them before you go.

Easy to use. Recommended because the Summer Palace has various sections inside that require different tickets. With this ticket, everything is included, and you won't have to worry about waiting in line at the ticket counter at the palace entrance.

Mr Ma was our English speaking guide. He speaks good English and very informative. this place is huge so after the 2.5hrs guided tour, you should stay on to walk around.

I emailed and messaged the tour company via WhatsApp to inquire, but received no response until one day before the trip, when an email finally arrived. When I contacted Klook support, I didn't receive adequate cooperation; they stated they couldn't reach the tour company. They suggested booking an electronic audio guide directly with the palace, as the audio would play when I arrived at each location and would be easier to understand. The tour company's audio, on the other hand, would just be a link to an audio file.
