The hotel is new, the environment is comfortable, the rooms are large, and the bathroom is excellent. Every time we ordered takeout, a robot delivered the food, so we didn't have to go down to the lobby to pick it up. The revolving restaurant was great, but the staff's seating arrangement was poor. Although we purchased the buffet, we still had to call the day before to reserve a table. When we arrived early, all the window seats were empty, but we couldn't sit there because they were marked as reserved, instead of being first-come, first-served. For the second meal, we had reserved a window seat, but when we arrived, someone else was already sitting there. The staff's arrangement was again mishandled. This part was the most disappointing, and we had to stand around waiting to be seated. For $1680, it included a double room with breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, and we ate non-stop. I really want to stay again. Besides the Science and Technology Museum, which is worth visiting, there isn't much else to do nearby, so the kids found it a bit boring overall.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, which was actually quite good, and the transportation was convenient. However, the bedsheets had some old bloodstains, making it feel like they hadn't been changed! The buffet breakfast and dinner weren't particularly extensive for a Shenzhen hotel. Also, regarding the tables for the buffet dinner, we had informed them about our reservation when we checked in, but upon arrival, many tables were still marked as reserved. We ended up having to sit at a table by the walkway where people were constantly passing by. Yet, by the end of the dinner service around 8 PM, those reserved tables were still empty. It's disappointing that we, who arrived early, weren't given a better table. I hope the hotel can take note of this and improve. The swimming pool isn't large, but the gym is good.

Breakfast: Served at the 23rd-floor restaurant. Not many Western options. Transportation Convenience: It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Phoenix Metro Station to the hotel, which can be quite challenging on a hot day. We recommend cycling or taking a taxi.

The hotel is new, beautiful, and very clean. The only drawback is that the shower and toilet are separate, and while the toilet has a sink, there's no place to hang a towel or hand soap, which is a bit inconvenient. Location: The hotel is ideally situated with convenient transportation access, surrounded by Wanda/Blue Whale shopping malls, making it very easy to get around and dine out. Room: The room was clean and overall comfortable. However, the private bathroom lacked a hand towel and hand soap, which was a bit inconvenient. Dining: Breakfast is served in the revolving restaurant on the 23rd floor, offering beautiful views. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied. Overall, I am satisfied.

This isn't the first time I've booked a hotel package through Klook. The Wyndham Hotel in Guangming is very comfortable and conveniently located. The air conditioning is excellent, and every room has a bathtub. The buffet primarily features seafood, which is very fresh and delicious! Highly recommended!

The hotel room offers an open view. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are served in the revolving restaurant on the top floor. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is a bit of a walk from the subway station, but overall, the experience was quite good! 👍👍
