I booked a stay for the 24th, and when I arrived at the hotel at 11 AM for check-in, a room was already available. Upon entering the room, I was delighted to find that the hotel had decorated it for an anniversary celebration – it was beautiful and made me very happy. The hotel is well-maintained, very new, clean, and bright, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom even has a bathtub, truly a five-star touch. The restaurant is spacious with high ceilings, which is lovely, and offers a wide variety of food, including grilled oysters. There was also half a lobster, abalone, and sea cucumber, served as one portion per person. For dessert, there were six flavors of ice cream, and my favorite was the cookie dough. At 10 PM, the hotel also provided a late-night snack, but I was too full from the dinner buffet to eat it. Each floor's elevator lobby had fresh fruit available for guests, which shows how thoughtful the hotel is. The staff were all very friendly and polite. Breakfast was available from 7 AM in the restaurant, though the selection was a bit smaller. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if there's another promotion. **Convenience of Transportation:** It's very convenient to get to the hotel from Shenzhen Bay by subway, taking about an hour. **Cleanliness:** The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. **Service:** Excellent. The staff at the evening buffet were very diligent in clearing plates.

You can take the subway four stops to Lingzhi Station to reach the Joy City shopping mall. There are many places to eat across from the hotel, but they are not open. There is a night market nearby in the evening where you can buy late-night snacks. Cleanliness: The hotel environment is very good. There is an outdoor swimming pool and garden on the 4th floor, which feels comfortable. Convenience: The round-island China-Hong Kong bus goes directly there, which is very convenient. The only issue is the inconsistency between the Hong Kong and mainland staff. You need to find your assigned seat when you arrive at Shenzhen Bay. Due to the confusion caused by the staff on both sides, the customers were also confused. Some people found their seats, while others didn't, and a fight almost broke out. Cleanliness: The lobby, Chinese restaurant, and rooms are all tidy and clean. Service: The lobby staff are polite. They took us to the bus location and helped with our luggage on the return trip. The dinner buffet staff were very diligent, constantly clearing plates and bringing food to everyone. The staff welcomed guests' requests to see the surroundings. Senior managers and supervisors were also there to help, and they worked very well together. Breakfast: There were many choices, and I especially appreciated that the soy milk was hot. Most restaurants overlook this.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it extremely convenient. It's only a 15-25 minute subway ride from the hotel to Joy City or Mixc World, so it's perfect for shopping! The hotel rooms are comfortable, bright, and clean. Surprisingly, the bathroom also has a suspended ceiling design, providing a luxurious resort experience, which is commendable. The buffet dinner restaurant, in particular, has dedicated staff to escort guests to their seats. The seating environment and small decorations are excellent, and there is a wide variety of food (although the food could be a little warmer). The three cooked seafood dishes served at the table are presented in an orderly fashion, allowing guests to enjoy them while they are still hot. The dinner also features a self-service seafood hot pot, perfect for sharing with family and friends. My husband raves about the freshly cooked congee at the breakfast buffet. There are no large shopping malls near the hotel, but in the evening, roadside food stalls across the street start to open for business. The nearest large shopping center requires a 4-stop subway ride south to Joy City.

It only takes about half an hour to call a taxi from Futian Port to the hotel, which is quite convenient. There are late-night snacks nearby, as well as other small treats like snacks and tea drinks. The package includes a buffet breakfast and dinner, which is excellent value for money, and the quality is also very good. There's a wide variety of food options, with beer, red wine, and more available. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. From the moment we got out of the car and entered the lobby, the young man at the door was very competent, helping the elderly get out of the car. Once inside the lobby, he proactively asked if we needed drinking water, which was very professional.

The hotel is directly accessible from the subway station, so transportation is quite convenient. The hotel has a traditional mainland Chinese style. The room is large, with a bathtub, bath salts, and a loofah. The TV receives wireless channels. It includes a buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Dinner offers a wide variety of food; while I don't eat cold seafood or sashimi, there were plenty of cooked dishes. Each person received a serving of abalone, a split garlic lobster, and a bowl of sea cucumber. Every table also had a hot pot burner. There were various juices and bottled sodas like Coke, Sprite, and orange juice. Breakfast was also good, with both Chinese and Western options, and the bread and congee were delicious. The swimming pool had ropes separating the lanes, and the water depth ranged from 1.2 meters to 1.8 meters, so I only observed it. There are no shopping malls near the hotel, but several subway stops away, there are large malls like Joy City and One Avenue. It's worth a try.

I hadn't considered booking a hotel package that included a buffet, but the room was incredibly spacious, even with a bathtub, and the price was excellent. The staff were friendly and approachable. I mentioned when booking that it was for a family birthday celebration, and the hotel was wonderful. Not only did they decorate the room to surprise my family, but they also sent a cake to our room in the evening for us to enjoy. It was very thoughtful.

They also sent a birthday cake to the room, which was delicious. There was a good variety for breakfast. Overall, it's worth it, but the drive is too far.

The buffet dinner had a wide variety of options, including red wine and hot pot for two. The breakfast food was plentiful and delicious. The accommodation package had senior citizen discounts.
