Reviews
Although the hotel is a bit far, the environment is very beautiful and extremely comfortable. The decor is gorgeous with a very warm design, and the high ceilings provide a great sense of space. The room is very clean and spacious, featuring a bathtub, separate wet and dry areas, a very comfortable bed, and excellent soundproofing for a quiet stay. The evening includes a seafood buffet in a very elegant and comfortable setting. The food focuses mainly on seafood, featuring freshly shucked oysters that are very fresh and delicious, along with very fresh crabs, shrimp, abalones, and sashimi. Each person is also served a complimentary Buddha Jumps Over the Wall soup, which is rich in ingredients and delicious, as well as giant grouper meat. The free-flow red and white wines surprisingly include Chandon, which is a major plus! The staff are very attentive and polite. Breakfast is also exceptional, featuring freshly made rice noodle rolls that are delicious, freshly wrapped wontons, and fantastic beef brisket. Overall, a perfect score of 100.
Ms. Wendy Wu provided professional service, accurately introducing the hotel's services and facilities. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a garden view room with a better view, which indeed offered a more beautiful view than the rooms we'd stayed in before. We've been here several times, and this time the view was the best. This visit was mainly for the children's play area. The play space isn't very large and is more suitable for preschool-aged children. The playroom offers small craft activities, but each activity incurs a separate charge, so it's not very cost-effective, though the benefit is that children can be supervised. Compared to previous stays, the rooms no longer have coffee machines; only executive floor rooms are equipped with them. However, during our last stay on the executive floor, we had lounge access, so we didn't make coffee in the room and didn't use the coffee machine, opting instead to go directly to the lounge for coffee.
The hotel is new, well-designed, has good food, and the rooms are large and beautiful. The staff is friendly and courteous. The location is a bit remote, with no entertainment nearby, and the hotel only having a pool and gym can be a bit boring. It's suitable for a relaxing one-night stay, and I would consider staying again next time. The package includes two buffet meals. The Sunday buffet dinner has oysters, and a wide selection of cold seafood. The hot dish selection is relatively small, with only crawfish and sizzling pot dishes. There are many kinds of desserts and drinks, but they are average. I especially recommend the Chinese soup, Tom Yum soup, and Laksa rice noodles. Although the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's sufficient, with various breads and congee. The gym equipment is quite complete, with water, towels, and tissues provided. Having to wear a swimming cap in the pool is a bit of a hassle. It seems like there's a jacuzzi.
Hotel Location: Although the location is not close to the subway station, it is still very convenient as there is a free shuttle bus to Yangtaishan on Line 6. For dinner, taking a taxi to Hou Lang Xin Tian Di nearby and then back costs just over ten yuan. Breakfast: Quite extensive, with a whole display of bread, and an oven/toaster available to make Danish pastries crispier. The cold cuts section offers fresh vegetables, cheese, ham, and fish… many choices. There are also two types of juice and lemon, coffee, soy milk, etc. Room cleanliness was acceptable, but there were quite a few fibers on the carpet, making it feel like the vacuum cleaner wasn't powerful enough. There were also some water stains from dripping water at the bottom of the hand wash basin. Everything else was quite good. Also, the promised capsule coffee machine was missing; there were only two packets of instant coffee.
The hotel is located in a remote area with not much around it, but getting around by taxi is convenient. The hotel has a distinctive design, and the facilities are clean and well-organized with large rooms. The staff are friendly, courteous, and eager to help guests. The buffet breakfast includes Chinese, Western, and juice options. The buffet dinner features delicious dishes like sizzling chicken pot, oysters, and sashimi.
Hotel Location: Away from the city center, ideal for those seeking tranquility. The neighborhood is clean and tidy, and you can walk to nearby areas to admire unique architecture from the outside. Breakfast Buffet: The food selection is not extensive, but the quality is standard. Dinner Buffet: We recommend the chilled seafood and the cake desserts. Alcoholic beverages include red wine, beer, and specialty cocktails. While the food selection isn't vast, the overall quality is quite good, even better than other five-star hotels in Shenzhen.
Although it is a bit far, the hotel environment is very comfortable. The round bathtub in the suite is very attractive and the children like it very much. It happened to be a weekend, and the executive lounge provided a buffet, which was very satisfying. Finally, thank you front desk Jamie Wu for his kind and friendly service attitude. Recommended to everyone!
Cleanliness: The room was clean, and the air conditioning was very cool. Service: The front desk staff were polite and always smiling. The two executive lounge attendants were excellent, and one of them, Caroline Ding, made a very good cocktail. The other attendant was also very welcoming. However, the snacks in the executive lounge were quite ordinary, mostly fried items, with no hot vegetables or hot meat dishes, which felt a bit lacking. Breakfast: There was a good variety of breakfast options, and the taste was good.
The hotel's location is a bit remote, but the environment is very comfortable, beautiful, and new! The dinner buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, with plenty of space, including oysters, seafood, and sashimi. For breakfast, there are many types of pastries, as well as noodles and steamed dim sum.
Thanks to Xandria Wu for the reception and the hotel team for the meticulous room and cake decoration. Wu took the initiative to take us to the elevator and introduce the hotel facilities after checking in. She was very kind and polite. The room was very new and clean, with sufficient water pressure. The buffet was less in variety but of high quality. The restaurant staff and chefs also took the initiative to help pick up food. The overall service level is better than the Silver Star Hong Kong MGallery Collection Hotel
