Jeju: Udo Island & UNESCO East Coast Highlights

Ryon was amazing from start to finish. Even before the tour, he was responsive, and incredibly helpful. We were originally planning to visit Udo Island, and he help us research electric bike rentals, while also suggesting backup plans in case of bad weather. It rained on the day itself, we changed plans and visited Manjanggul Lava Tube. Along the way, he brought us to beautiful spots like Woljeongri Beach and Seongsan Ilchulbong, recommended local food including abalone porridge, grilled butter abalone, hairtail fish, & timed our visit perfectly to catch the famous Haenyeo performance. With some time left before our Nanta show, he brought us to a Korean doughnut shop. The doughnuts were delicious — 진짜 맛있어요! After driving around Jeju for 7 days, booking this tour was one of the best decisions of our trip. Felt like Inyeon (인연) that we met Ryon. Despite the rainy weather, he gave us an authentic local experience and the perfect ending to our magical Jeju holiday. Thank you, Ryon!

This tour is just amazing. It’s even better because of our tour guide Ms. Lara. It felt like travelling with friends. Finally made it to Udo Island and rode the bike. It’s also new stop is the Jeju Bike Trail. Such a fun day! Thanks again Ms. Lara!

He made a great effort to explain each destination and guide us on what to do at every stop. He was friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout the tour. Highly recommended!

Since I was part of a small group, our guide Ryon was able to look after every member. He speaks both Chinese and English, and has a wonderful personality. The itinerary was packed but never felt rushed, making the small group day tour experience fantastic! Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the full itinerary today! Tour guide Ryon was friendly and resourceful in sharing tips for the places of interest. He also drove the vehicle and it was very comfortable. Rode an e-bike to explore Udo island - 2 hours with short stops along the way. Despite the hiccups, such as the 1:00PM returning ferry from Udo island arriving later to the main Jeju island, we still managed to push through and went to all the areas listed in the itinerary. Managed to ascend and descend to Seongsan Ilchulbong peak within 35 minutes (due to the time constraints), otherwise do take your time because it’s very steep! We also missed the Haenyo women divers show at 2:00PM due to the late ferry. But we did get a tour by the guide from Seongup Folk Village without the crowd, which was nice. The Jeju rail bike was also less crowded so we managed to get a good view of the Yongneuni Oreum from afar, if we had more time, we could have climbed to the top. We participated in the Udo Island and UNESCO East Coast Essence Tour, and the overall experience was excellent. The sea views on Udo Island were clear and beautiful, completely different from the city, and very relaxing. The coastal scenery along the way was also well worth seeing. Our guide, Ryon, arranged everything perfectly throughout the tour, providing concise and clear explanations at a comfortable pace. The price was reasonable, and the attractions were high quality, making it suitable for anyone looking for a relaxed tour of eastern Jeju. 🌊

It was very beautiful, but the time spent on the island is too short if you want to stop to eat or take photos. Otherwise, the guide was very kind and dedicated.
