After receiving confirmation email, contacted the local vendor ZIMCARRY via WhatsApp. As was unable to upload the photos of the luggage via the link, they kindly assisted us via WhatsApp. Luggage was safely and reliably picked up & delivered - from Jeju City to Seogwipo - as promised.

I love this service. It's so convenient when you want to go to different places without worrying about your luggage. They will update you when they have picked up the luggage and when they have dropped it off at your designated hotel, but make sure to check their website or with your hotel if they allow this kind of service because some hotels or accommodations do not accept storing luggage. I booked, and they picked up at Reve Hotel in Jeju City and dropped off at Playce Camp Jeju on the east side.

They will pick up and drop off to your next hotel. You will get an email when they pick up the luggage and when it’s delivered. For reference my luggage was delivered from the southern end to the northern end within a couple hours. 11am -3pm

Relatively easy process though perhaps some information i learned that would have been good to know beforehand that may be helpful for others (accommodation to accommodation transfer). Pick up/ drop off times are chosen at booking but aren't really relevant- luggage has to be left with your hotel by 11am (or 10am in Seoul), and there's no contact with delivery driver so you just leave it whenever you check out. Drop off will be some time between 4pm and 7pm- so be prepared you may not get luggage until then. An email is received when luggage is collected and again when dropped off (includes photos) which gives peace of mind. Due to their system the information can appear wrong (it was showing wrong country code for phone number and reservation name for me), but a quick message to them had aquick response explaining. overall, really recommend the service to travel lightly and make the most of a day between locations without lugging heavy bags. For an early morning flight back to Hong Kong, I needed to be at the airport by 6 AM. I originally considered using Uber, but I found in Jeju that Uber often takes a long time to find a driver to accept the ride. I decisively booked a driver through Klook. Klook notified me in advance via WhatsApp, and the driver arrived punctually at the hotel at around 5 AM to pick me up and take me to the airport. The process was very smooth.

This was my first time using this luggage delivery service. The day before, I discovered I couldn't upload luggage photos from the mailbox. Later, I successfully contacted customer service via LINE and uploaded the luggage photos. Upon arriving at the destination, I followed the instructions and found the luggage storage area next to Exit 5. After the staff verified the information, I could confidently hand over my luggage to them for transportation and head straight out to start my trip. Overall, it's a very convenient service. The customer service staff were also very kind and efficient in handling issues. I will definitely use this service again in the future if needed.

The service of direct luggage delivery from Jeju Airport to your hotel is incredibly convenient and fast, allowing you to easily explore the city without the hassle of dragging your luggage around. After booking/before your luggage drop-off date, you will receive a confirmation email from the supplier, and you'll need to provide photos of your luggage for record-keeping. Simply drop off your luggage at the counter on the 1st floor of the airport before the specified deadline, and the supplier will arrange for direct delivery to your hotel (approximately between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM). You will also receive an email notification once your luggage arrives. Just inform the hotel check-in staff to retrieve your luggage.
