Reviews
A great experience with the day tour. Our guide Alex was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting facts about the places we visited. He would share the location point and time to meet in each locations we visited. Both the guide and driver were very professional and friendly.
The trip was so great and we had the chance to see many places within a day. Shibazakura was surreal, it was the best part of the trip. During our visit mount fuji was so perfectly visible, no clouds and still snowy on the tip. Our tour guide, Olivia was so great, she was very helpful in arranging everything, and was so patient with us especially when we get lost. Hikawa clock shop area was a bit underwhelming. But overall, the trip was so amazing!
Olivia was our tour guide. The weather was perfect and we went to many places considering the price. I can say the price is worth it. I suggest to SKIP going to Lawson because there are too many crowds you can’t take a pic properly and make more time in the flower festival.
If you are looking to capture the most iconic "Postcard Japan" shots in a single day, this itinerary is hard to beat, especially during the spring season. Here is a breakdown of what to expect from this popular route: 🌸 The Highlights • Motosuko Shibazakura Festival: This is the undisputed star of the trip. Seeing the vast "pink moss" carpets against the backdrop of Mt. Fuji is breathtaking. The contrast between the vibrant pink flowers and the blue mountain is a photographer's dream. • Arakurayama Sengen Park: Home to the famous Chureito Pagoda. Be prepared for a bit of a climb (nearly 400 steps), but the view of the pagoda with Mt. Fuji framed by greenery or late blossoms is the ultimate reward. • Oshino Hakkai: A charming traditional village with eight crystal-clear ponds fed by melting snow from Mt. Fuji. It offers a great atmosphere and excellent local snacks (try the toasted kusa-mochi).
Our tour guide was Wanting / Rachel. She made sure everyone was comfortable and gave us a little bit of facts about each place. I was part of a mixed languages tour group and it was amazing seeing her switch languages easily to explain what the itinerary was for the day. I appreciated her also making sure to communicate to each group that we understood what time we were leaving and messaging to make sure that we were on schedule. I think it is worth it for travelling to see the seasonal Shibazakura flowers, as well as the other photography opportunities for seeing Mt. Fuji. Make sure to check the weather and that Mt. Fuji is visible on the day you are visiting, by checking day by day. I got really lucky as I had booked on a really sunny day that had full visibility of Mt Fuji. Our tour guide ensured that we all had a great experience and gave us her expectation to ensure the tour ran on time. Overall highly recommend for a tour around the area.
A truly worthwhile experience. It's a shame we went on a day when it rained later. But all the places are beautiful nonetheless. The driver was good, and our guide Olivia is very sweet, and her English is perfect. Kisses from Brazil ❤️🇯🇵🇧🇷
Olivia was a great guide; she made the experience fun and explained every point of the itinerary. We definitely trust her to help others have their dream tour.
Although the sun was out, the clouds were too thick for us to see Mount Fuji in the morning. However, we were pleasantly surprised when Mount Fuji appeared at the end of the tour. It was truly an unexpected and memorable moment. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip. Our guide, Ms. Olivia, was excellent. She was kind, attentive, and always made sure that everyone in the group was having a wonderful time. Her dedication and warm personality made the experience even more special. Thank you, Ms. Olivia, for your outstanding service. We truly appreciated everything you did to make this tour so enjoyable.
This one-day tour to Fuji Shibazakura was absolutely worth it! The itinerary was packed with attractions, and every stop was impressive. After climbing nearly 400 steps at Arakurayama Sengen Park, the view of the five-story pagoda was magnificent. The shibazakura (moss phlox) flower fields at Lake Motosu stretched endlessly, a pink carpet as beautiful as a postcard. The Lawson photo spot was also a pleasant surprise; every shot turned out great. Finally, we arrived at Oshino Hakkai, where we finally saw a clear view of Mount Fuji. Combined with the clear spring water and the Edo-style village atmosphere, it was the perfect end to the entire trip! A special shout-out to our tour guide, Mr. Liu, who provided detailed and thoughtful explanations throughout the tour. Communication in Chinese was seamless, and he was very considerate, proactively showing everyone the best photo spots at each attraction. The bus was comfortable throughout the journey, so there was no need to worry about transportation, making it easy to visit all these dreamlike spots. I highly recommend this tour, especially during the shibazakura season!
We had the most amazing day viewing Mt. Fuji with clear skies from start to finish, and the Shibazakura festival was absolutely stunning in full bloom. Everything looked picture-perfect. A big thank you to our guide Olivia, who made the whole day run so smoothly with a well-planned itinerary, great timing, and fluent English that made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience Mt. Fuji at its best.
