• The minimum group size is 8 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size stipulated above, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 3 days before departure.
• Infants and children will be counted as passengers. If you are traveling with children aged 0-2 (free of charge), please make a note of it when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance and there is not enough space, the driver has the right to refuse the ride, and you will be responsible for any resulting losses. Thank you for your understanding.
• Pre-departure reminder email: The night before your departure, between 19:00-22:00 (Japan time), we will send you a pre-departure reminder email. This email will include the contact information for your tour leader, driver information, a map of the meeting location, and relevant instructions. Please be sure to check your email in a timely manner, and also check your junk mail folder. During peak travel season, there may be a slight delay in sending the email, so please bear with us. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the most recently sent email for the most up-to-date information.
• Vehicle usage: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small group tours, a driver will be arranged to also act as an attendant, providing full travel services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. The driver/leader will only be responsible for itinerary and time management. Please feel free to explore the attractions upon arrival. Due to limited luggage compartment space, please indicate in the remarks column if you wish to bring a large suitcase on board.
• This is a shared, fixed-route trip. Please arrive at the designated location 15 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent行程, we will not wait for latecomers. Please pay close attention to the tour leader's instructions regarding the stop and meeting times at each attraction.
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day prior to departure (local time 18:00) as to whether or not the tour will be cancelled, and you will be notified by email thereafter.
• It is not possible to withdraw from the group tour midway. Mid-tour withdrawal will be regarded as a forfeiture of the uncompleted itinerary, and the fees will not be refunded. Please note that any accidents occurring after withdrawal or mid-tour withdrawal shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
• The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times related to the itinerary may be adjusted according to the conditions of the day. In special circumstances (traffic congestion, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide will reasonably adjust the tour sequence according to the actual situation, with the consent of the guests, but will not reduce the number of attractions in the itinerary.
• This trip does not accept registrations from travelers under the age of 18 traveling alone. If you wish to register, please have your guardian register for this trip with you.
• It is recommended that elderly people, patients with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and heart disease, and pregnant women be accompanied by family members.
