[Kumamoto/Amakusa] Easy Dolphin Watching departing from Hondo

This product was created as part of a survey project on tourism promotion in remote islands, etc., utilizing local aviation by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. To get from Fukuoka to Amakusa, please use Amakusa Airlines (AMX), and after arriving at Amakusa Airport, take a bus to Hondo Bus Center. After participating in the dolphin watching tour using the route bus departing from and arriving at Hondo Bus Center, it is also possible to move from Hondo Bus Center to Amakusa Airport and return to Fukuoka Airport using Amakusa Airlines.

Approximately 200 wild Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins inhabit the waters off Tsūjishima, Goshō-machi, Amakusa City, which is rich in nature. It is a rare sea area in the world where you can see them throughout the year, and the local captain who knows this sea area inside out will guide you! Be thrilled by the sight of dolphins swimming gracefully in front of you! The sight of wild dolphins swimming leisurely in the sparkling sea gives healing and excitement to those who see them. *A separate environmental protection fee (500 yen per person for elementary school students and above) is required locally in addition to the dolphin watching boarding fee. *Infants (ages 2 to preschool): The dolphin watching boarding fee of 1,000 yen must be paid locally on the day.
