We did the 14 hour overnight ticket and the buffet was great. Food was really fresh, and the hospitality was top of the crop. The staff was attentive and there was a lot of amenities. Would be coming back for 24 hours next time! 10/10 recommend!

This is the ultimate point that a spa can reach. They built a paradise for relaxation and indulgence. Staff is very attentive, facilities are clean, and the massage is very good. And the dining… It will not just feed you, but also your soul. Free flow caviar is a highlight. Fruit station has all the perfect fruits. Yes, it is expensive but worth every dollar.

Ambiance: luxurious Facilities: lacking a cold plunge pool after the sauna, but otherwise great. Massage therapist: good, but where, what, and the price were not clear. Service: super, razors, toothbrushes, and creams provided. Very large food buffet, you can find something at any time. Amenities: fruits, ice cream, nuts for appetizers, beers, wine, everything is included. Magnificent.

Top Notch Experience with My Wife and Mother, They make you feel like Royalty, the Value in the package far exceeded the money spent there. Worth It, would go again when im back in Shanghai!

staff is all very friendly and helpful. If your main point is to come for the buffet, then it is worth it. Sleeping area is also good and cozy but FCFS. Unlimited fruits and drinks for 24hrs, buffet only during meal time. Worth for the luxury with high class toiletries, abundance of fresh fruit and drinks.

Simply an incredible experience. Close to the western airport (not Pudong). We swapped a hotel night for this overnight experience and we made the right choice. Fantastic experience.

very spacious place to relax. Great for seafood and fruits lover!! you can eat many kind of seafood and fruits here!! you also can choose your own movie in movie lounge with headset provided, although the volume is too loud at the minimum set volume. Its near the airport too!! Perfect for traveller who have some time to spare before departure or hotel check in!! Staff are really friendly!! They have buggy car and umbrella and bellman service to serve you!! All luggage can be stored there while you're relaxing in spa!! Although the toilet cubicles are limited, there are other available toilet too. Please remember to check what your time you started your spa journey and check out before that to avoid additional charges!! have fun and enjoy the session!

We booked the 24-hour spa for three people and had an amazing experience. The spa is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, well organized, and the service is excellent. The staff are incredibly attentive — they bring you water, help with everything, and are always ready to explain or assist. There is so much food, including seafood, crab, caviar, and a kitchen where you can order freshly prepared dishes. They provide everything you need, including clothes, towels, and high-end beauty products from Chanel, Dior, Dyson, and more. The only downside was the sleeping area at night. Even though we visited on a weekday, most of the sleeping spaces and the cinema area were already occupied, so it was difficult to find a place to sleep. The beds in the mahjong rooms are not available for sleeping unless you pay for the room. Apart from that, everything was fantastic! We absolutely loved the spa and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

As a spa enthusiast, I found this day spa pretty extravagant and luxurious. The entire place spans three floors, with enough facilities to explore. Everything was very clean, and there were staff around the spa to assist whenever needed. There is also a huge selection of food and beverages, including free-flow fresh seafood and caviar. If you’re a seafood lover, I think you could definitely get your money’s worth here! Unfortunately, I’m not much of a seafood person, so at this for the experience, I personally wouldn’t consider it the best value for money for me. The service overall was decent, although I think the restaurant service could be improved. We were seated on one of the higher floors, and there seemed to be only two staff members attending to the area, so it could get a little difficult to get assistance at times. Overall, I still think it’s an interesting experience that’s worth trying if you have extra time to spend, especially if you enjoy spas and seafood.
