La Maison Saigon Spa: A Tranquil Retreat in the Heart of the City

Tranquil and peaceful (after our full body massage). Haven't had a proper hair care in a while. Double hair wash, drying, oil. Products i think were Kerastase or Loreal. Gentle facial, i had the ginseng face mask. Products smell great from The Face Shop if not mistaken. ♥️ the facial and head massage! There's was no "tibetan bell ringing" for us 😅 and the aroma diffuser was a bit weak. Do take note that the Rooms are up either 2 or 3 flights of stairs. A bit on the pricey side but as its part of a 5-star boutique Hotel du Lac. Refillable tea and confectionery. Overall worth it... Happy Tet!

great experience! I made a mistake and booked 2 simultaneous treatments but the staff was very accommodating and set me up with the perfect treatment for me at the time. I felt tremendously better afterwards. Highly recommend.

I thought this particularly expensive massage parlor would have better standards, but I've never encountered a masseuse who brings a large cold drink in a plastic bag into the room and sips it while giving a massage. It's especially outrageous when doing a facial; after picking up the cold drink, her hands are all wet, and she continues to massage your face. She claimed it was a full-body massage, but it was actually only the back, back of the legs, and front of the legs. Is that considered full-body? Even more absurd is that it's the first time I've seen a masseuse pull up a chair and sit down to give a massage. The environment is beautiful, but the service is terrible.

This shop only offers back, back leg, and front leg massages for full body. The masseuse was unprofessional, drinking a beverage and sitting down while giving the massage.
