We had an amazing experience with the Mount Fuji Hakone Day Trip booked through Klook! It truly felt like a “land, sea, and air” adventure. We visited 5 beautiful places including Hakone Shrine, the Floating Torii Gate at Lake Ashi, the Hakone Pirate Ship cruise, Hakone Ropeway, Owakudani and Oshino Hakkai. Every stop was unique and offered stunning views. Our tour guide, Tom, was very nice, friendly, and well organized, making the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. He guided us perfectly and kept everything on time.

Managed to book this day tour the day before for my family of 4 which was very challenging and I do recommend to book it at least 2 days in advance. Our tour guide Jack is very friendly and knowledgeable. Message was received from him on some details of the tour and we can be in touch with him on actual day! 👍 People who have serious motion sickness do note that the bus journey is quick long and there’s a number d sharp turns along the way. But the view is nice and experience is worth especially on a sunny cooling weather!

Basnet was an amazing guide! we had a wonderful day with a clear view of Mount Fuji! We had some itinerary time schedule challenges but Basnet handled them and kept us on track to fulfil the itinerary.

Today marks the start of the Japanese New Year holiday. After consulting with the driver, our tour guide, Yuan Yang, decided to reverse the itinerary due to traffic conditions, as Hakone Shrine was already experiencing an 18-kilometer traffic jam early this morning. Thanks to the tour guide's best efforts, we were able to take photos at every attraction and buy souvenirs. She also helped us book lunch and purchase tickets for the pirate ship. Although there were many people, we only had to endure it for a short while. The boat trip was about 20 minutes each way. There are 47 people in the group today, with 27 being Korean. Therefore, the tour guide was able to communicate with us fluently in Korean and Mandarin. We were even able to see Mount Fuji from the bus when we departed this morning.

Tour providers can’t control the weather and you are not guaranteed to see clear views of Mount Fuji on your day trip. That’s why you should increase your chances of a cloudless day by doing this day trip during the right season. Our tour guide was very friendly.

Despite the cold weather today, thanks to the hard work of our Won Yang guide, we were able to spend a fulfilling day and leave with great memories. Thank you so much for creating a wonderful trip for my daughter and me, from Hakone to Oshino Hakkai. Your excellent Korean made communication easy and enjoyable ^^ I couldn't see Mt. Fuji due to the cloudy weather, but I hope others will see Mt. Fuji on this tour! ^^

Great trip, easy way to experience Hakone if you want to avoid booking multiple transportation types by yourself. The guide (Erik) was especially nice, very chill and calm, but still knowledgeable and interesting. Lake Yamanakako was nothing special, and could have been skipped for more time in Hakone or Oshino Hakkai.

Laila was a great tour guide! she did everything to ensure our group would not be delayed. she was very knowledgeable and organized. We had a good time. Sadly, the clouds covered Mt. Fuji most of the day BUT at the end showed itself for some nice pictures on the way back.
