We had a great time with my family with this tour. The tour guide is kind and speaks english. Highly recommended.

Kousei was very friendly and helpful. The tour was well organised and took us to a good range of places. If we had gone independently we wouldn’t have seen nearly so much.

Our tour experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. While most guides from other groups arrived on time, our guide was the only one who was noticeably late, which created confusion right from the start. Communication throughout the day was also not the greatest—our guide often did not clearly explain where we were going, what we were supposed to do, or what to expect at each stop. The tour itself ended up being extremely long, and due to a major traffic jam, four of the scheduled activities on our itinerary were completely cut. Despite missing a significant portion of the tour, we were unable to receive a partial refund, which was very disappointing. Overall, I hope the company takes these issues seriously and works on improving punctuality, communication, and customer support to provide a more reliable experience for future travelers.
