• Infants aged 1-2 years are free of charge if they do not occupy a seat. However, participation is not recommended. If you insist on participating, please inform us via email in advance. If children under 2 years old need to occupy a seat, please purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket and requires a remark. Children over 2 years old are the same price as adults. 1. Passengers suffering from the following conditions or who are otherwise unsuitable for excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this activity: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, and pregnant women. If you conceal your condition and register, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
2. This itinerary is a fixed carpool itinerary. Customers participating in this itinerary must strictly adhere to the designated停留时间 (stopover times) at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver-guide. If the time is not adhered to, the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to proceed to the next attraction on your own.
3. Please note that no refunds will be given for non-participation or interruption of the trip due to personal issues, lateness, etc. No refunds will be given to those who leave the group on their own during the trip. Furthermore, you will be responsible for any personal or property safety issues that result from this.
4. If you are carrying large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safe. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages may be brought on board, but eating is prohibited inside the bus. Please note that if any stains are caused inside the vehicle, you will be required to compensate according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change, and the order of itineraries may also be swapped. As per Japanese regulations, vehicle usage cannot exceed 10 hours. In case of traffic jams due to public holidays or force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or the time spent at attractions may be shortened or the number of attractions reduced. We ask for your understanding and that this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund or leave a negative review.
6. Vehicle usage: Vehicles are dispatched based on the number of people. If there are fewer than 12 people, we will use a vehicle with fewer than 14 seats, with only a driver and no tour guide. If there are more than 12 people, we will arrange one driver and one tour guide. Please be aware that this product is a shared ride service, and other guests may be riding along.
7. The tour guide will recommend lunch and local Japanese specialties, including local characteristic catering, ice cream, horse oil, and other products, with no forced consumption.
8. Traffic congestion is expected on holidays, weekends, or Japanese public holidays. This may lead to delays of 2 to 5 hours, so it is recommended that you flexibly adjust your evening itinerary.
9. The daytime tour itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or accidental injury insurance. Please purchase these yourself if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports all carry specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health condition and ability. Our company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. We appreciate your understanding.
10. We will send you guide and meeting information via email between 15:00-19:00 on the day before your trip. Please check your email! Sometimes emails may be mistakenly identified as spam, so please check your spam folder. Thank you.
11. For friends using LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions, the tour guide cannot directly add you as a friend via your LINE number the day before the trip. Therefore, after receiving the email, please actively click on the tour guide's QR code to add the tour guide's LINE, so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you.
12. 13.As the scenery varies with the four seasons, the images in the introduction are reference renderings of the best viewing season for the attraction. The actual scenery is subject to the day, and the images are for reference only.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
