Had a great experience with Infinity City! Customer service was exceptional and the manager spoke english. Convenient location near Susukino, we had no issues finding it on Google maps. We rented the higher end snowboards and we were pleasantly surprised. Saved time and money by not having to go through the rental process on the hill. Highly recommended! Thanks again Infinity City!

We rented snow gear and a snowboard this time, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive, carefully checking sizes and equipment details. The best part was being able to communicate in Chinese, which made the rental process easy and quick, so there was no need to worry about misunderstanding technical terms. The equipment was also in great condition. Highly recommended!

The location is great, and the service attitude is excellent. They wax snowboards on the spot for a reasonable price, and you can also upgrade to Step On bindings and premium snowboards for an additional fee. All the clothing is Arc'teryx.

Snowshoe sizes are only available in whole numbers, with no half-size flexibility for adjustment. However, you can change into fresh clothes after each day of skiing, so you don't have to ski in smelly clothes every day, which is great.
