In the afternoon, you can visit Shuzenji Onsen, where the ancient temple and hot spring, a two-star Michelin attraction, reflect each other, known as the Little Kyoto of Izu. It's a relatively lesser-known spot, so there aren't too many tourists, making it a comfortable place to visit. I was so happy to still see the maple leaves at the end of November.

I had a fantastic experience even though the 'tour guide' was more like a driver - there was limited introduction to the various attractions and no 'guide' to them.
