Usage reminder
- The number of rental days will be counted starting from the date of departure to the date of arrival. For example, a total number of 5 rental days will be counted from 1-5 Dec
- A penalty surcharge of MYR500 will apply for loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device
- There is a minimum 3-day charge if you want to extend your service. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged 1.5 times the original retail price of MYR42 per day, payable in cash upon return of the device. Please note that the original retail price is subject to change

- Present your voucher when you pick up the device
- You must pay a refundable deposit of MYR200, to be paid in cash
- Please note: Customers need to collect at KLIA2 if the pick up/drop off time is outside of KLIA's operating hours

- You will be refunded the full RM200 deposit should everything be in order
- Please note that pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period. Any extra days will be charged 1.5 times the original retail price of MYR28 per day
