Early Pick-up Information

• Early pick-up scope: Zhangjiajie urban area. Zhangjiajie Xixiping suburban area is not within the pick-up and drop-off range.
• Early pick-up time: 07:00-07:30. The specific time will be notified by the tour guide one day in advance.

Meeting Information

Assemble and depart at a designated location in Zhangjiajie city center around 07:30 AM. (During peak season, the meeting time may be adjusted. The specific meeting time and location will be notified by the tour guide one day in advance.)

Attraction Reminders

• Transportation within the scenic area: Bailong Elevator 65 RMB/person; Tianzi Mountain ropeway 72 RMB/person; Ten-Mile Gallery mini-train one-way 38 RMB/person. These are at your own expense and not included.
• Zhangjiajie Charming Xiangxi Show or Zhangjiajie Eternal Love Show are optional and at your own expense.

Important Tips

• Seniors: Seniors aged 70 (inclusive) and above who book a tour must sign a "Health Certificate" with our company and be accompanied by a family member or friend (excluding those who cannot be accommodated or are restricted due to service capacity limitations) to travel. Due to service capacity limitations, we are unable to accommodate tourists aged 81 and above. We apologize for any inconvenience. As the intensity of different itineraries varies, please ensure you are in good health and suitable for travel. For specific age restrictions, please consult customer service.
• Minors: Tourists under 18 years old must be accompanied by a family member (excluding those who cannot be accommodated or are restricted due to service capacity limitations) to join the tour. Due to service capacity limitations, we are unable to accommodate tourists under 18 years old traveling alone. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Patients, pregnant women, and those with mobility issues: To ensure a smooth journey, please undergo a physical examination before traveling. Those with serious illnesses (such as infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, or those in the recovery period of major or medium-sized surgeries), pregnant women, or those with mobility issues cannot be accommodated due to service capacity limitations.
• Scenic Area Credentials: Entry to the scenic area requires the original ID card, passport, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permit filled in at the time of booking. If you are unable to enter the scenic area due to not bringing the document or incorrect documentation, any additional expenses incurred will be at your own expense. Please inform us in advance if you have any discount certificates when booking.
• Shopping Reminder: Shopping in scenic areas and along the way is a personal voluntary act. Please choose carefully and keep your invoices and certificates properly. Such shopping is not related to the travel agency.
