Cancellation policy

• Cancel your trip 7 days or more before departure and receive a 100% refund of the total cost; Cancel your trip 4 to 6 days before departure and receive a 60% refund of the total cost; Cancel your trip 3 to 1 day before departure and receive a 50% refund of the total cost; Cancel your trip on the day of departure and receive a 20% refund of the total cost.
• Partial refund rules: Cancel 7 days or more before departure to receive a 100% refund of the total amount.
• Partial refund rules: Cancel 4 to 6 days before departure and receive a refund of 60% of the total amount.
• Partial refund rules: If you cancel your trip 1 to 3 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost.
• Partial refund rules: 20% of the total amount will be refunded for cancellations made on the departure date.
