• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent plans, we will not wait for latecomers.
• When booking, please be sure to provide your contact information (mobile number with international roaming / Line / Whatsapp / Wechat). The supplier will confirm your itinerary with you by 9:00 PM (Japan time) at the latest one day before departure. Please take note. If you are not contacted after this time, please contact customer service.
• Reference vehicle models: 10-49 seat vehicles. The actual vehicle model will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day. For groups of 14 seats or fewer, a driver-guide will be arranged.
• This tour does not accept individual bookings from customers under 18 years old. If you wish to book, please have a guardian book this tour together.
• Elderly individuals, patients with cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure and heart disease, and pregnant women are not suitable to participate in this trip.
• This is a fixed shared-ride itinerary. Customers participating in this itinerary must adhere to the停留时间 (stay duration) at each attraction and follow the driver-guide's arrangements.
• If a participant leaves the group independently during the itinerary, the transaction will be considered invalid, and no fees will be refunded. Furthermore, any consequences leading to personal or property safety issues as a result must be borne by the individual.
• The itinerary is for reference only. Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival times and sequence of each itinerary may change. Please understand if the itinerary changes, is delayed, or canceled due to the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, and no refunds can be requested on this basis.
• Please be sure to comply with local Japanese laws and regulations, and do not carry items prohibited by Japanese law, to avoid violating the law and affecting your own rights and interests.
• During free time, please pay attention to your personal safety and the security of your belongings. During the trip, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them properly. In case of loss, theft, damage, etc., you will be responsible for the consequences.
• If the group cannot be formed due to force majeure, unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or emergencies, all fees will be refunded, and no liquidated damages will be compensated.
• Due to limited space in the vehicle, each passenger is allowed to bring only one checked baggage item of 28 inches (inclusive) or less free of charge. Please specify this when booking. If you need to carry more than one checked baggage item, an additional seat occupancy fee of JPY 2,000 per item will be charged for the excess items (during peak winter travel season, it will be JPY 6,000 per item; please consult customer service for specific dates). The seat occupancy fee must be paid to the driver on-site.

Cancellation policy

• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

• The minimum number of participants for a tour is 4 people. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum required number, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation notice will be issued 2 days before the departure date.
