We originally planned to visit Yatsushiro Castle, but it was canceled due to the large crowds expected for the fireworks display and concerns about missing our transportation. I understand the situation. The tour guide did their best to help us, ensuring we got there quickly and left promptly after the show to avoid missing our ride. The tour guide and driver made excellent arrangements. The only downside is that I purchased insurance through Klook, which stated it would cover changes in the itinerary. However, despite missing one attraction, Klook customer service is requesting photos. I explained that since the itinerary change was due to circumstances, how could I provide photographic proof of the Yatsushiro Castle cancellation? Therefore, I feel the insurance was useless. I won't purchase insurance for future trips, although the insurance wasn't expensive, it's a matter of principle. Aside from Klook customer service, I was very satisfied with everything else. The tour guide was excellent.
This fireworks display was spectacular, truly amazing and beautiful. Our tour guide, Yang Meng, was also very responsible. A wonderful and successful conclusion, fantastic.
