Reviews
Lan Ha Bay cruise offered a more peaceful experience compared to Ha Long Bay, with its stunning emerald waters and rocky karsts. I enjoyed kayaking and swimming, and indulged in delicious course meals and a generous buffet. The kind crew made the trip comfortable and truly special.
The boat is new, the equipment is modern and clean, the food is carefully prepared, and the service staff are friendly and enthusiastic. It's a very worthwhile experience!!
If you're simply looking for a two-day, one-night trip to Ha Long Bay, it's okay, but the initial pick-up and drop-off wasn't very comfortable. It's like a Klook special bus picking up passengers all over the city and then heading to various cruise ship boarding points in Ha Long Bay, and the seats on the bus are very crowded. Furthermore, the Majesty Prime isn't as new as you might imagine. The overall decor and room details don't make you feel like it's a new ship that just started operating in 2025. The meals are also very ordinary, and besides the scheduled itinerary, being on the ship is very boring (there are no other facilities besides the bar and spa). They want you to spend money on various drinks. However, the service staff is indeed very friendly. If you want something that meets expectations and is luxurious, it's recommended to look for a larger ship to avoid regret. After you leave the ship at approximately 11:00 AM, it takes almost until 3:30-4:00 PM (after arriving in Hanoi, it has to stop at many drop-off points) to reach the place where you want to get off, which is a huge waste of time. The service from all the staff is great, but the overall experience of the trip is not good.
