La Pandora Boutique 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay Tour

So glad to have Victor as our guide, he made sure the whole journey was worth it from the very start to finish. The pick up time was very early in the morning but Victor’s energy was unmatched. He was enthusiastic, humorous and very intelligent when touring us around historical sights that we passed in the bus. One thing I’d like to commend him is his organisation skills, he made sure everyone in the group understood the timings and itinerary of our experience. Everything was laid out so clearly and his communication skills were excellent. He took really good care of us, any questions we had, even unrelated to the cruise we booked, he was happy to guide us and recommend the best options for us. Although the cruise had a tiny few outdated decorations and facilities that needed to be fixed (e.g the japanese toilet in our cabin bathroom), and that there wasn’t any wifi in our cabin, we still made the most out of it. Food was great, we were well fed and a lot of options for us.

We had a nice stay on board of the Pandora Cruise Ship. Our guide Kevin Hung was helpful, funny and always in a good mood. The room was very nice and we even got a bigger one for the seperate beds. The activities were fun and well timed. The low tide interrupting our cave tour was a bit sad but I guess that's what it is. The evening activities felt a bit unguided without someone starting the thing together. The food was nice, with a big selection, just drinks weren't included. Overall we would definitely recommend, especially our tour guide :) As for the price it was very reasonable at ~74€ p.P.

It was a really great experience. Totally worth the money spent. KEVIN HUNG, THE CAPTAINS, THE WHOLE SET CREWS are really great and experienced. Came here for my birthday, and leaving with a wholesome memories. The foods: IT WAS A LOT. We kept on getting more and more foods. Fullest Ive ever been when I was Vietnam. The rooms, it was lovely. Classical beauty of a cruise. Perfect for solo, duo or even whole family 💗

Our guide was Hung. He was great, spoke perfect English, and gave excellent advice. Always in a good mood. We were able to go canoeing, swim, and participate in a cooking workshop to make spring rolls. The landscapes are truly splendid; you won't see anything like it anywhere else. I highly recommend this 2-day cruise.

Victor and team were brilliant and knowledgable. the service was well planned and bed/cabin was clean and amazing. we were in 201 and the views were basically 360 so good.

Victor was our tour guide during our trip to Hà Long Bay and his hospitality was exceptional. Our entire experience from beginning to end was magical!

This was my first overnight cruise, and overall, it was worth the price! However, the shuttle service needs improvement. The transfer from the small boat to the cruise ship took at least half an hour (the small boat had no air conditioning, only fans, and it was very stuffy and hot). I recommend that those who are very sensitive to heat consider other, more expensive options, as their shuttle boats usually have air conditioning. The room was very clean, and the food was good. All the crew members were friendly and enthusiastic! Our guide, Eric, was always smiling and full of energy every day! For the itinerary, I suggest going to a more expansive location for kayaking. The spot we went to was just a tiny cove, and we thought we'd be able to explore caves on our own like others, but instead, we were taken on boats paddled by local residents.

We booked a 2-day, 1-night trip on the company's boat, which had 12 cabins. It was an incredible experience on a human-sized boat with a group led by Tony, who was very friendly and interesting. We didn't use the transportation services; it was easy to find the boat from Ha Long. The room was exceptional with a great bay window and a balcony. We were able to enjoy all the activities offered (kayaking, cooking class, swimming, and exploring the caves). The meals were very high quality (including seafood) and plentiful. The boat stopped in a quiet area for the night in Lan Ha Bay, with only 3 other boats around. We were able to enjoy the beauty of the location during sunset and sunrise. The weather was magnificent; I highly recommend it!

Cody was amazing!! we had a really good time with the tour, it has a really good value for money. the crew is quite nice, the food they serve is amazing and the activities are fun. The second day activity was slightly underwhelming but still beautiful hence the 4 stars. highly recommend!

We had a lovely overnight cruise experience from start to finish. The ship itself was small and felt like home — intimate, comfortable, well maintained, and impressively clean. The staff on board were polite, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always making sure we felt welcome. A special mention to our guide Victor, who made the experience even better. His English and communication skills were excellent, he was friendly and very helpful, and he was always accommodating with personal inquiries. He created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the trip. As small suggestions, in cooler weather it would be nice to ask guests in advance who would like to swim, and perhaps allocate a bit more time for kayaking, as it was one of the highlights for all of us. It would also be great if tea, coffee, and water were complimentary with all meals served. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would happily recommend.
