One of the great trips and memories in my Vietnam trip. Whenever I will plan to visit Vietnam I will book it again. Good food, good rooms, and great staff.

Room is very comfortable and spacious, we have shower and tub in the room. The itenary is suitable as we started with kayak on the first day and the boat tour on the second day. Food is more in vietnamese style. Atmosphere is quite relaxing and not for party people. The service team Dian and manager Dien are very supportive and helpful on the tour. I highly recommend this cruise.

Overall very good, very comfortable and happy for two days and one night. First of all, the limo bus for the cruise ship is more comfortable to sit on, but some group members were late and waited for a long time on the way out, so they didn’t stop for a 10-minute break, but it seems to be on the toll highway (not sure), so it feels better The return journey should be fast, so it is still on time to arrive at Tuanzhou Port around 11:30. The hotel room is large and has a balcony. It is very convenient to see the sea view. The manager Bruce and other cabin staff are very friendly and considerate. They even gave us a souvenir (scarf) when we disembarked. It happened that the weather turned cold the next day, and we will send it immediately use. The lunch is not bad, the soup is delicious, the dinner, breakfast, and bruch are all in the form of a buffet. Anyway, there are things I like to eat, and some feel so-so. The only regret is the route. Although I always knew that this route was different from Titop’s route, I always thought that there were similar activities such as sandy beaches and climbing to the top of the mountain to take panoramic photos, but there was no such thing, so I was a little disappointed at the time. Therefore, I think cruise lines should make this clear or include similar activities in the future.

Very well-organized ship crew and very efficient. Breakfast and lunch was good with good selection of food. However, the western dinner served was a little disappointing. The staff did not check beforehand how the guest wanted the steak to be done. When it was served, the steak was too undercooked. Otherwise the room was spacious with spectacular views but furnishing was a bit dated. The boat trip to visit the cave and the transfer back and forth are all very smooth. All the passengers also received a small gift upon departure. Appreciate the small gesture.
