Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
Amendment Policy
- To reschedule an unredeemed voucher, you must request it at least 24 hours before your original start date, subject to availability
- Rescheduling requests made under 24 hours in advance may be declined. Any new date must be available and fall within the current promotion

- To ensure smooth operations for all voucher holders, the following cut-off rules apply to the booking and activation of the 1-day UnliPlay Pass
- The 1-day Unliplay Pass voucher from Klook has to be redeemed at KinderCity within 30 days from date of purchase at Klook
- The voucher holder can proceed to the KinderCity and present the voucher and proof of purchase
- After purchasing the 1-day UnliPlay Pass at Klook, guests must visit their selected KinderCity branch to redeem and activate it.

- Customer will present the voucher to the staff, who will validate the voucher and then issue the physical ticket for the 1-DAY UNLIPLAY

kinder city is a great indoor playground for kids and adults can use, it’s very clean as it’s sanitize twice a day. it’s very spacious for kids to enjoy varieties of playing activities. Great staff’s very welcoming and willing to assist.

Kinder City is such an amazing and fun place for kids! The activities are well thought out, safe, and super engaging — perfect for learning through play. The colorful setup instantly excites the children, and the friendly staff make the experience even better. Definitely highly recommended for family bonding and playtime!

This was my first time booking through the Klook app, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. The discount was very generous, and the entire process was truly hassle-free. There was no need to fill out any forms at the reception—staff simply scanned the voucher from the app, printed the receipt, and everything was processed smoothly. Most importantly, my kids were very happy with their experience at Kinder City, it was truly worth it. We will definitely be coming back again. No hassle. Just pay and play. A great place for kids and adults too. We tried the unliplay and in just 2 hours, me and my kids are already exhausted. So I suggest to eat a lot to have a lot of energy before coming in.
