- Specific rides are subject to height restrictions to ensure safety of guests
- Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of their children while inside the park
- Food and beverage from outside are not allowed to be brought inside the park except for baby milk and food items
- Pets are not allowed inside the park
- Certain items which are deemed dangerous or offensive may be prohibited from being brought into the park; our security officers will conduct bag/baggage checks at the main entrance. Illegal drugs, firearms, other harmful items, as well as two-way radios are strictly prohibited inside the park.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Star City will not be liable for any loss or damage to guests’ personal property
- Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

Our family had such a great time at Star City! The park had a fun mix of rides and attractions for both kids and adults, so everyone in our group enjoyed something. The atmosphere was lively, the staff were friendly, and the rides were exciting without being too overwhelming for younger family members.
We especially loved spending time together trying different attractions, taking photos, and enjoying the food around the park. It’s a nice place for family bonding, especially on weekends or holidays when you just want to relax and have fun together.
Overall, Star City gave us a memorable family experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and enjoyable theme park in the Philippines.

We really enjoy our star city bonding.My kids really enjoy the rides especially the Snow World. It was really worth the price because of the unlimited rides and unlimited access to Snow World.

Less hassle sa pila after scanning ng QR direct na agad sa entrance skip na yung mahabang line sa entrance and we make sure na maaga nakapunta hindi pa ganun kadami yung pila sa mga rides sobrang worth it and enjoy must try.

STAR CITY + SNOW WORLD: mother and 10yo daughter date- bonding is SUPER GANDA AND SUPER HAPPY! Number cars are still the best.. did the frightening star flyer.. not the outdoor frisbee still can't for a 30+ mother even my daughter can't too frightening hehe but still worthy to experience let's not wait for them to enjoy it with others why not date our pre-teens before it's too late.. habang kaya pa maglakad ng acting mga tuhod hehe

Great experience! Loved the mix of ride. From relaxing attractions like the Ferris wheel to more exciting ones. The park was clean, staff were friendly, and everything felt well organized. Didn’t have to wait too long for most rides. Perfect place for a fun day out! :)

We had an amazing experience with Klook and Star City! ⭐🎢
Booking our tickets through Klook made everything so fast and hassle-free. The transaction was smooth, and entering Star City was quick and convenient, which gave us more time to enjoy the park.
We had so much fun trying the rides, especially the extreme ones that got our hearts racing! Every ride was exciting, and the whole experience was definitely worth it.

Would still give Enchanted Kingdom 5 stars for the upgrades they’ve made. A lot of the rides have improved and the park feels more updated, especially with more attractions outdoors. I just hope they upgrade the horror attractions like Gabi ng Lagim and the horror train since the wait was so long and the experience didn’t quite match it. Also hoping for more variety in the food stalls because most of the options felt repetitive (shawarma, drinks, fries, hotdogs, and similar stalls in every corner). Overall, the improvements are noticeable, but better attraction quality and more food choices would make the experience even better.
