Good experience. oersonally Im not very goid at escape game but I had tons of fun figuring out puzzles. the onoy complain is that the staff didnt not seem to come after we press the hint button so we were forced to figure out clues on our own

This escape room is on the 7th floor of the Success Times Square building, and it's fairly easy to find. You need to book a session with the store in advance. We booked the 11:00 AM slot on a weekend. After confirming at the counter, you can rent a locker for a deposit of $10 if you have belongings. The store will give you a wristband; if you lose the wristband, you won't get your deposit back. Then, once you're ready, a staff member will take you to the room and give a brief explanation before the game starts. We played the Amazon Rainforest theme, which has about three rooms to solve. The difficulty is moderate, making it suitable for families to play together. It's quite fun, but they only provide one flashlight, so it's best to bring your own phone. You only have 45 minutes to solve the puzzles. Some puzzles can be solved if you look closely at the relationships. If you need help, just press the help button, and a staff member will come in to give you a hint. It's quite fun.

we tried the most difficult Amazon forest room, I think it wasn’t that difficult, one of the doors also was stuck (required staff to manually open it), and I guess staff having to come into room to help rather than advise over walkie took away from the experience
