We had an amazing time during this excursion! Ashley was very informative and nice! She was able to translate in English and Mandarin and helped us to translate Japanese. We started with the white water rafting which was very serene with astonishing views. Edo Wonderland was one of the highlights of my whole trip to Japan. It truly immerses in the culture and I recommend dressing the part! My only recommendation would be to have more time at Edo Wonderland- there is so many exciting things to do!

The tour guide was lovely and explained everything so well. The trip included only two places: the river cruise and Edo Wonderland. The river cruise was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights for me. As for Edo Wonderland, we spent about 3 hours there, which felt a bit too long for me personally. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip. I really appreciate the tour guide for making everything smooth and well-organized. I highly recommend this tour!

Tour guide wasn't very useful - English wasn't great and barely told us anything. It would have been good to properly translate the boat ride, tell us a bit about the area (beyond the 5 mins or so we got), and explain how to navigate Edo Wonderland since it's a bit confusing and almost exclusively in Japanese.

NOT river rafting! We booked this trip expecting an exciting river rafting experience followed by a visist to Edo Wonderland. While Edo Wonderland was great, the river “rafting” part was highly dissapointing. It was not river rafting at all, just a boring cruise in a cramped boat. The guide was nice enough but barely did or said anything. And following the dissapointmet she refused a partial refund for the “rafting”, even though this is CLEARLY false advertisement. You are basically just paying a lot for transport - SAVE YOUR MONEY and take an uber instead

Rafting fees must be paid on-site: Adults and children are the same price at 6,000 yen. Other fees include: Rafting special clothing set, rafting shoes, helmet, life jacket.
The Kawaba Denen Plaza Onsen fee is not included in the itinerary and needs to be paid on-site at the attraction: Adults (12 years and older) 1,000 yen / Children (3-12 years old) 700 yen / Towel set: 700 yen.
Please bring your own towel and change of clothes for rafting.
Participation requirements: Participants must be 120cm or taller.
Other precautions: Rafting activities are affected by weather and river water levels. In case of bad weather, the organizer reserves the right to adjust or cancel the activity. Please follow the safety instructions of the on-site staff and wear the safety equipment provided by the organizer throughout the activity. If you feel unwell, please inform the staff as soon as possible.
This activity is not recommended for the elderly, people with mobility impairments, pregnant women, children under 7 years old, and those with serious illnesses.
