Seamless transfer to cruise from hotel by bus provided by the operator. The cruise was steady and comfortable with good commentaries. It also slowed down at places mentioned in the commentary for photo taking. The buffet had very nice food like fried Guilin mifen, beef stew etc. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

The river cruise is okay. We had booked our hotel in Yangshuo, so we booked the cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo. We were able to take our suitcases with us without any problems, the seats were comfortable, and the view was very nice. The buffet is okay, but I would recommend packing plenty of provisions beforehand, as the journey takes about 4 hours.
went for the cruise and it was a pleasant experience just that the tour isn't a tour that you will follow thru out. you will be joining a mix of other your groups. and plus the tour guide will not follow you along so you gotta take note.

Horrible transfer! Non stop drone of a lady in rapid Chinese using an amplified microphone which noise cancelling headphones couldn’t block and a driver going so slow he wasn’t keeping up with traffic. His progress clearly constrained so the sales pitch could be delivered in full. Thought she was hammering away about the scenic trip to come but she was selling merchandise! As products were plucked from the air like a magician. From tea to perfume! We were trapped and harangued for a solid hour. Terrible. The river trip, once aboard was phenomenal in its beauty.
The tour guide had contacted me two days in advance and officially informed me of the bus number and body color one day in advance. There was a slight delay on the day of departure. The tour guide recommended souvenirs on the bus to save the group members the trouble of purchasing them on their own.
Customer service is bad for 4 stars rating, especially the buffet part. I bought upper deck which does not have many seats and customers are about 35 people. Female staff who served buffet told guess that each person can only have 1 dish and they watched guess like hawk. Guess ended have food, cake and fruit in 1 plate. when everyone got their food, they started to bring more food trays in which is strange. How can you eat cake and dessert and back eating more savoury? There're soup but there was no bowl. Why? The buffet ended in about 15 minutes with lots of food left over in serving trays. If guess can afford to pay for this cruise, nobody is greedy for food, especially nowsaday people likely going diet with eating less. There is no need to treat customers like that.
good way for foreigners to book tickets for this cruise, although the transfer they offered from Guilin was monstrously early, 7:15am pickup for 9:50am departure! the pier is about an hour away and they must pick up other passengers but this seemed really u reasonable. we booked our own didi for 50 rmb. recommend the organizers offer a centralized pickup place in Guilin for this, otherwise you will be driving around in circles for over an hour to get everyone picked up.

- The cruise ship has upper and lower VIP cabins. The prices displayed on the tickets are consistent, but the actual purchase prices are not (the price is higher than the face value, and the excess part is the manual booking service fee). - Real-name purchase requires providing the ID card number or other valid documents of the boarding passenger (Hong Kong tourists need to provide a Home Return Permit, Taiwan tourists need to provide a Taiwan Compatriot Travel Permit, and foreign tourists need to provide a passport).
